Kick Off Meeting

Goal Discovery & Onboarding Planning

In this introductory session, your dedicated HubSpot expert will run a deep dive discovery of your business goals and understand any pain points you may have with your current sales, marketing, and customer service processes. We'll identify your priority objectives and build a tailored onboarding program plan to ensure your team can achieve those HubSpot goals by the end of the onboarding journey.

Technical Set Up

Core Account Configuration

We’ll teach you how to complete your essential HubSpot set up tasks so that your CRM has the right foundations in place for long term, scalable success. Core set up tasks may include connecting subdomains, configuring email types, creating custom properties and objects, installing the HubSpot tracking code on your website, integrating 3rd party applications, and more.

Project Management & Software Training Workshops

Your dedicated HubSpot consultant will lead weekly workshops to coach and empower your team to effectively use the platform to achieve your goals. Growth Plan Meeting

To mark the completion of your onboarding program, we'll deliver a Growth Plan Call. We will then introduce you to a HubSpot Customer Success Manager who will be your new point of contact moving forward.
